Error in S1, 9) Interact with the model

The following error occurs when running section 9 in S1.
> ValueError: x and y must have same first dimension, but have shapes (0,) and (20001,)
This error is caused by the vector recording time not working.

The solution is to restart the kernel and directly run codes starting from section 9.

Start with section 9, “Interact with the model,” in the S1 notebook and reproduce the error after a fresh kernel. Inspect why vector recording produces an empty time vector while plotting receives 20001 values; done when section 9 runs without the dimension error or requiring the stated restart workaround.
