Probably a trivial syntax error (but I'm not smart enough to figure out what's wrong).

On the page: https://chaoss.github.io/grimoirelab-tutorial/docs/getting-started/troubleshooting/

The TOC isn't populated.

It's line 30 on `troubleshooting.md`:
