Built from souce trying to Run Winform Example and just can't

I was able to build the project:
had to make some changes like Cefsharp.Dom out of process not avail used the regular available nuget 4.0.117
cefsharp.common is 135.0.170 also update to 138.0.340
and the CefSharp.OutOfProcess.BrowserProcess opens and then closes.

so the form get stuck ont this:

is there any trick or update needed to make it work?.

Inizia riproducendo l’esempio WinForms con i pacchetti CefSharp.Common 135.0.170 e 138.0.340 indicati e il pacchetto CefSharp.Dom disponibile. Esamina perché CefSharp.OutOfProcess.BrowserProcess si apre e si chiude mentre il form rimane bloccato. Il lavoro è completato quando l’esempio viene eseguito correttamente oppure vengono documentate le modifiche necessarie ai pacchetti compatibili e alla configurazione.
