Description
We should have a graphic that shows the skeleton of a SeuratObject, possibly organized like a file tree, showing the Assays and Layers in the SeuratObject. This should be at the point where we have performed SCTransform so that we have two Assays. It should be placed wherever the students have to remember the Layer and Assay in a function.
