There is really great feedback for this first course! See the sticky note feedback for day one and the end-of-course surveys on day 2. One measure of success - the course ended with the number of people that started (minus one). Busy people won't waste time on training that doesn't meet their needs. This group stayed until the end! And 9 out of 12 finishers took time to complete the end-of-course survey. Busy people don't have time for surveys, but this group was very appreciative and wanted to let us know this.
