Refer to generic Python installation guide in Setup

I think several Carpentries lessons that work with Python refer to [shared setup instructions](https://carpentries.github.io/workshop-template/#python) so that the instructions do not vary (as much) across different lessons.
These Python instructions are based on Conda-forge, based on [recommendations from a task force](https://carpentries.org/blog/2025/03/lesson-setup-instructions-task-force-recommendations/#3-update-python-instructions-to-use-miniforge).

I would like to suggest to refer to these instructions in this lesson too.

Find this lesson's Python setup instructions and compare them with the shared Carpentries Python installation guide linked in the issue. Update the lesson to refer to the shared instructions, then verify that the link and surrounding setup guidance are clear and consistent.
