Sort through old issues

The previous repo still has [open issues](https://github.com/RSE-Sheffield/pando-python/issues) based on feedback from earlier test runs of the course. We need to sort through these, close duplicate/resolved ones and copy over important open issues to this repo. (Sadly, transferring issues between the repos doesn’t seem to be possible.)
