Flicker on Initial Render Android

## Environment

I am using the example app

```

## Description

On Android, if there is a conditional render, the initial slider value flickers from 0 to the actual value

Start with the reproducible demo in example/src/App.tsx and run the example app on Android using the versions listed in the issue. Observe the slider during the conditional initial render and trace when its displayed value changes from 0 to the actual value. Done means the initial render no longer visibly flickers while preserving the actual slider value.
