[Android Only] Blurred TextInput's label is not aligned to top if textAlignTop='top' is set

### Current behaviour
The blurred TextInput's label is centered to the TextInput if height is set to eg. 200 and `textAlignTop` is set to `top`.

### Expected behaviour
The label should be aligned to the top of the TextInput

Start with the React Native Paper TextInput implementation and reproduce the provided multiline example on Android with a 200px height and textAlignTop set to top. The fix is complete when the blurred “Name” label is aligned to the top of the TextInput under those conditions.
