Description
### Current behaviour
Now I am Trying to build react native mobile app using react native version 0.72.4
{
dispatch(actions.setUserLoginEmail(text));
setShowError(false);
if (text === "") {
setShowError(false);
} else {
debouncedCheckEmailValidity(text);
}
}}
error={showError && !validateEmailForTextInput(email)}
outlineStyle={{
borderRadius: 10,
backgroundColor: "#F5F8F6",
}}
activeOutlineColor="#000000"
theme={{
colors: {
background: '#FFFFFF',
primary: '#000000',
text: '#000000',
},
}}
/>
When I try this code and try to focus nth letter place then it is not working.

For example I can't set cursor position next to "i" which is 3rd place in that "twinklex" string.
If keyboard is hiden then can click anywhere but once keyboard is shown again then can't again too.
This happens only on android

Research direction
Start by reproducing the supplied TextInput example with react-native 0.72.4 and react-native-paper 5.13.1 on Android 34. Investigate cursor placement while the keyboard is visible, then verify that tapping within the text positions the cursor correctly without affecting the reported input behavior.
