Add support for full-screen dialogs

Not sure if I've missed it but, it seems full-screen dialog are currently not supported.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be great to support full-screen dialogs [as per MD3 spec](https://m3.material.io/components/dialogs/guidelines#007536b9-76b1-474a-a152-2f340caaff6f).

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Tried to customise the existing `Dialog` to work full-screen dialog with messy results.

**Additional context**

Start by reading the existing Dialog component and the linked Material Design 3 full-screen dialog guidance. Determine how the current Dialog API handles sizing and identify the component entry points and tests that cover dialog behavior. Done means full-screen dialogs are supported consistently with the requested specification and the existing dialog behavior remains covered.
