5.4.14 or higher cuts half of the view after device rotation

react-native-pager-view: (5.4.14 or higher)
react-navigation/material-top-tabs: (6.2.1)

## Description

After upgrading from react-native-pager-view: 5.4.13 to 5.4.14 on-screen rotation (only tested on iPads) half of the screen gets cut black.

## Reproducible Demo

I think the simple app using react-navigation/material-top-tabs: (6.2.1) with react-native-pager-view: (5.4.14 or higher) on-screen rotation should cause this behavior.
