CTKBannerView was not found in the UIManager issue will be solved by these imports

### Summary

- CTKBannerView was not found in the UIManager was happening because of FBAdsPackage() has not been imported to MainApplication.

首先检查 issue 和截图中引用的 Android MainApplication 里的 FBAdsPackage() 导入或注册。运行 Android 应用并检查 banner view 是否可用，以确认 CTKBannerView UIManager 错误已解决。
