Doesn't work with NPM

### Description

I created a new JS library (I've pick the last option, since I don't need to access native API). And after npm install got this error:

You need to run:

```bash
npm install -D prettier@latest
npm install
```

When you run `npm run lint`, you have two missign dependenices:

* eslint-plugin-ft-flow
* eslint-plugin-react-native

that you need to install.

I'm using `npx create-react-native-library@latest` version 0.56.0.

Start by reproducing the reported npm install and npm run lint failures in the linked awesome-library reproduction, then inspect the generated package's dependency setup from create-react-native-library version 0.56.0. Done means a newly generated library installs successfully and lint runs without manually installing Prettier or the two missing ESLint plugins.
