[iOS] Tabs don't fire tabLongPress event on iOS 26

### Bug summary

Tabs don't fire `tabLongPress` event on iOS 26. However, it does work on iOS 18.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create an expo app with expo router
2. Install bottom-tabs
3. Add a `tabLongPress` listener to a tab

Start by running the supplied Expo Router reproduction with react-native-bottom-tabs 1.4.0 on iOS 26, then compare the same tabLongPress listener on iOS 18. Trace the tab event path from the reproduced listener into the library and native iOS implementation. Done means the listener fires on iOS 26 as it does on iOS 18, with regression coverage if the existing test structure supports it.
