feat: tutoring in the shell

I'd definitely use this one if it would tutor me in the shell: "I need to install React Native on mac with all dependencies" - given all the commands I should execute (and probably executing them after confirmation)

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the current CLI behavior and how it handles shell commands, then define the confirmation flow and dependency-installation example described in the issue; done means natural-language shell requests produce commands and require confirmation before execution.
