Descripción
Following the work on AWS in #102, we should add a wstd crate for Azure as well. We should be able to follow the work that @cataggar did in https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-rust/pull/2974, but basing it on `wstd` instead of the `spin` SDK.
