Find a more robust way to download data from neuromorpho

Following https://github.com/brainglobe/morphapi/pull/76, we still fetch data from https://neuromorpho.org/dableFiles, and this fails as neuromorpho is often down. We should see if there is another way to get this data (e.g. via the API).
