first letters of atlases should not always be capitalised

Sometimes atlases are acronyms like CCFv2. probably better to be left lowercase (this is very nitpicky)

Reproduce the atlas-name display shown in the attached image, then search the plugin for the code that capitalises atlas names. Check how names such as CCFv2 are rendered alongside ordinary atlas names. Done means acronym casing is preserved without regressing normal atlas-name display.
