Description

Some atlases have lots of info on [this page](https://brainglobe.info/documentation/brainglobe-atlasapi/usage/atlas-details.html), and some have very little. We should standardise what is here, and remove links to the blogpost etc. Users should be able to use this page to decide which atlas to pick without having to go elsewhere on the BrainGlobe website.

Ofc we should keep the paper links for appropriate credit, and so users can find out every last detail available.

Assuming @brainglobe/active-devs agree, we should make sure that new atlas PRs adhere to this. cc @PolarBean @kjungwoo5 @bahramani

Research direction

Start with the linked “atlas details” page and compare the information shown for each atlas. Define a consistent set of details, remove blog-post links while retaining paper links, and make the page sufficient for atlas selection; also check how new atlas PRs should follow the standard.
