Could someone please set up [bugs.swift.org issue autolinks for this GitHub repository](https://help.github.com/en/github/administering-a-repository/configuring-autolinks-to-reference-external-resources)?
That would allow [bugs.swift.org](https://bugs.swift.org/) issue references like "TF-1234" to automatically become hyperlinks.
