Unexpected exit when use Visual Studio 2022

I installed boost Python on Windows using vcpkg. And I successfully compiled my DLL file, but I don't know why Python always exits automatically after import the dll.
This is my code (dllmain.cpp):

This is my Visual Studio 2022 Config:

從 dllmain.cpp 和 issue 中所示的 Visual Studio 2022 設定開始，然後透過匯入 Dll1 來重現使用 vcpkg 建置的 Boost.Python 擴充功能。檢查 DLL 匯入相關的建置與執行階段設定，並在匯入 DLL 不再導致 Python 結束且可以呼叫 test() 時，將 issue 視為完成。
