Installing boost 1.69

Description
Hey, I have installed boost 1.72, but I need boost 1.69 for ROS.
However when I try to install it I get an error saying:
> error: "3.9" is not a known value of feature \
> error: legal values: "3.8"
My python version is 3.8.6.
Can someone help my with this?
