Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by reproducing the behavior with a Ping360 by setting its IP to 0.0.0.0, then determine how Ping Viewer handles the resulting bootloader state and its undocumented IP. Done should mean the bootloader is hidden or otherwise handled as intended, with the behavior covered by a suitable test if the project supports one.
