Application does not restart (and don't sync) when a vehicle with the same IP is changed physically

We need to make sure we detect vehicle changes based in the vehicle ID, not only in the vehicle address, as the vehicle can change with the IP being the same (which is usually the case for ROVs).

Following is the report from @vshie:

> ok, connect to towfish on towfish user (last used vehicle.) all good - change to Tony user - no video, loads wrong widget. Fiddled around until it was good on the Tony user for towfish config of widgets, but couldn't get video to work at 4k - 720p stream listed works.
> Swap to ROV - profile is still Tony, but now radcam video is where exploreHD should be, and main stream not going. Widgets did update correctly. Swapped video sources so 4k radcam main, widget of exploreHD.
> Swap to towfish - didn't close Cockpit. No connection. Restart cockpit. Conneciton to vehicle, no video, widgets are for ROV and not towfish. Confirm user is still Tony. 4k stream not available, 720p works still.
