Description
### Current behaviour
When a user connects a known joystick, it simply uses the current functions mappings, regardless of the joystick model.
### Expected or desired behaviour
We should have a library of known joysticks and related functions mappings on which the community can add, modify and publish the mappings. This mappings should be auto-loaded or at least semi-auto loaded when the user connects a known input device.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing joystick function-mapping and device-connection flow in the TypeScript application, then clarify how known-device mappings should be stored, loaded, and updated. Done means known joysticks receive their predefined mappings and the community workflow is defined.
