Description

### Current behaviour

In Blueos 1.5.0 (and perhaps earlier versions) IPv6 has been disabled and this means that Huawei HiLink LTE modems (such as the [Huawei E3372h-320](https://www.amazon.co.uk/E3372h-320-Unlocked-network-Genuine-Warranty-White/dp/B085RDTZMP)) cannot be used. This is a very commonly used LTE modem.

Sorry to complain but this caused me much anxiety in the lead-up to the AP Dev Conf 2025 because I could not understand why the Huwei LTE modem would not work with BlueOS when I had used it successfully so many times before with an RPI

### Expected or desired behaviour

Huawei HiLink LTE modems should be usable

### Prerequisites
