core: frontend: provide a viewer for system logs

### Current behaviour

We can download and delete system logs nicely, but looking at individual ones either requires searching through a giant `.zip` archive, or searching through a bunch of folders in the BlueOS File Browser.

### Expected or desired behaviour

Integrate @patrickelectric's [BlueOS Log Viewer](https://github.com/patrickelectric/BlueOS-log-viewer) (or something like it) as a service in BlueOS, so logs can be visualised and managed nicely.
