to reproduce:
- Flash navigator with sub 4.1.2
- erase parameters to factory default
- try flashing these parameter file (is, it is for a different

the expected behavior is that Boat-only values to show as N/A
I've seen this happen with parameter files for the correct vehicle, too. This was just the first I could find
