[Autopilot Parameters] Reports it failed to write parameters, but after restarting, it had written.

Steps:

1. Reset the parameters

2. Select a file to load parameters from:

3. About five minutes later, it will report it had failed to write some parameters:


Some comments on this step:
- Should the user restart the autopilot or the entire vehicle?
- If it is really necessary (see below), the restart could happen automatically
- If can't be automatic, there should be a button here

4. Without restarting, if I load the same parameters file, it says it's all right, contradicting itself:
