core: frontend: dashboard: add vehicle branding

### Current behaviour

Only the service cards are displayed.

### Expected or desired behaviour

The vehicle name, icon, and logo should be highlighted, as [suggested by @rjehangir previously](https://github.com/bluerobotics/BlueOS/pull/1511#issuecomment-1458864096) (we forgot to turn it into an issue):
