Description
### Current behaviour
ArduPilot includes multiple `NTF` parameters, for things like the status LED brightness and buzzer volume, and currently they're only controllable via raw parameters.
### Expected or desired behaviour
We should have a page for these, to call out the main settings and make people aware of them.
In future this could include things like ESC beep patterns and volume as well, and maybe BlueBoat NavLight control as well.
