Remove all references to the private property known as "Bitshares Group"

For some reason, this website which is supposed to be a neutral Bitshares github website for all, is promoting an individual's private property which they have explicitly stated "they own".

Remove the following links:

Remove all references to "Bitshares Group"

We should instead be directing users to neutral non-centralized resources which aren't owned by an individual who is known to ban those who rub them up the wrong way.

e.g. replace with neutral terminology not promoting an individual's personal private property & use neutral links like:

https://reddit.com/r/bitshares
And the decentralized chat room solutions

Cerca nel repository “Bitshares Group” e ciascun URL elencato, iniziando dal contenuto della homepage. Rimuovi i riferimenti identificati e sostituiscili esclusivamente con le risorse neutrali descritte nella issue.
