ag.vioscreen_registry deleted is not reset if the sample is reclaimed

Description
If you claim a sample, complete an FFQ, and remove the sample, the `ag.vioscreen_registry.deleted` field is set to true for the sample. If you *reclaim* the sample with the same source, the `deleted` field is not reset.
