When viewing a XML document without FireQuery you get a nice XML tree with the message that there is no stylesheet available. However when I enable FireQuery I only see the contents of the elements as if it where parsed by a incorrect stylesheet.

Start by reproducing the issue with an XML document in Firebug and FireQuery enabled, comparing it with the same document without FireQuery. Trace the extension behavior that affects XML rendering; done means the browser's normal XML tree view remains visible when FireQuery is enabled.
