描述

### Platform

macOS

### Operating system version

Tahoe

### System architecture

ARM64 (M1, M2, etc)

### PolyScope Version

0.19

### Bug description

The wait timer of Claude does not work.

### Steps to reproduce

_No response_

### Relevant log output

```shell
Waiting ~4.5 minutes for CodeRabbit's re-review and CI to settle before triaging again.
# how did you configure the wait?
activity
I used the ScheduleWakeup tool with these parameters:
delaySeconds: 270 — 4.5 minutes. Picked deliberately under the 5-minute Anthropic prompt cache TTL so the next wake-up reads our conversation context cached (faster + cheaper than a 300s+ wait that would force a cache miss).
prompt: <> — the sentinel that resumes the autonomous-loop instructions at fire time, so I'll re-enter the monitor/triage flow without you needing to re-prompt me.
reason: "Waiting for CodeRabbit to re-review the new commit and CI to finish before checking PR status" — shown to you in the activity feed.
When the timer fires, I'll automatically re-run the open-threads GraphQL query + gh pr checks + the latest-review-per-reviewer approval check from the process-pr-feedback skill, and either process new feedback or schedule another wake-up if things are still in flight.
```

调研方向

Reproduce the wait-timer failure on macOS Tahoe with ARM64 and PolyScope 0.19, using Claude and the ScheduleWakeup tool with a short delay. Trace the timer from scheduling through firing and confirm that Claude resumes as expected when the delay expires.
