Description
### Platform
Linux
### Operating system version
Ubuntu 24.04
### System architecture
Intel (x86)
### PolyScope Version
0.15
### Bug description
When continuing a chat in the review, the context (and result of the review) is missing. The AI instead looks in the repo and searches for a PR rather than looking at the review result.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Use a model to review the code.
2. A review tab opens
3. Reply in the review tab when the review is done with something like "fix it".
4. The model does not know about the review and tries to look for feedback in a PR.

Research direction
The report names no files, tests, or entry points; start by locating the review-tab chat flow and where review results are passed into a continuation. Reproduce the Linux/Ubuntu 24.04 steps with PolyScope 0.15 and verify that replying "fix it" retains the review context instead of searching for a PR.
