Breakpoint are not loaded correct when DevTools is active

This happens quite often: when I load a page with the DevTools active (inspector panel open) where I've set Tailwind breakpoints these breakpoints are not respected.

For example, if I have an element set to be hidden on mobile and shown on medium breakpoint like this:

When I load this page with viewport wider than the medium breakpoint and the DevTools active the div is hidden. Even if I reload the page. Only when I click on the div in the elements tab it is drawn, or if I close the web inspector and reload the page.

No source files, tests, or entry points are named.
