JIT styles do not work with Storybook

I've noticed that DevTools for Tailwind will allow me to add and remove existing classes in [Storybook](https://storybook.js.org/), but JIT (including classes I am not using elsewhere) does not seem to work. Storybook uses frames--could this be a problem?

Start by reproducing the issue in Storybook with Tailwind JIT, including a class used only in a story, and compare it with adding or removing an existing class through DevTools for Tailwind. Investigate whether Storybook's frames prevent the JIT update from reaching the rendered story; done means newly added JIT-only classes work in Storybook.
