It would be very nice to have an option to move the Devtools for Tailwind CSS to the bottom panel (next to Console) but I don't want to switch all my layout to horizontal (only move Tailwind to the bottom)

Start by tracing how the Devtools for Tailwind CSS panel is positioned relative to the Console and how the current layout choice is configured. The change is complete when Tailwind can be moved to the bottom panel independently, without forcing the rest of the layout to switch to horizontal.
