Analyze COLIN System as a Migration Source

**Description**

Data is replicated from the mainframe to the COLIN system via manually triggered synchronization. Assess whether the COLIN System can serve as the migration source instead of the mainframe by evaluating data completeness, data quality, architecture, and the existing replication process.

Tasks:

- [x] Document how data is replicated from the mainframe to the COLIN System.
- [x] Identify which entities and associated filings data are available in the COLIN System.
- [ ] Identify any transformations or business rules applied during replication from Mainframe to COLIN.
- [ ] Compare the COLIN System data model with the mainframe.
- [ ] Identify any missing, derived, or enriched data.
- [ ] Evaluate whether the COLIN System contains all information required for migration.
- [x] Review existing migration scripts, APIs, and utilities that could be reused.
- [ ] Identify technical risks and limitations of using the COLIN System as the migration source.
- [x] Build a POC (for 1-2 entity types)

Iniziare esaminando gli script di migrazione, le API e le utilità esistenti menzionati nell’issue, quindi analizzare il processo di replica e il modello dei dati di COLIN rispetto al mainframe.
