## Epic user story
As a ministry user i want to re organize the institution types to allow for better data collection and more specific targeting of different institution types to align with policy.

PART 1
**Acceptance Criteria**
### Basic information

As a ministry user i want to re organize the institution types to allow for better data collection and more specific targeting of different institution types to align with policy.

**Acceptance Criteria**
### Basic information

- [ ] Remove the current design of institution type
- [ ] The Institution type will be defined by the information collected
- [ ] Add additional questions to the institution profile creation form subject to each institution type

####Profile creation questions update
- [ ] Country list function needs to be re usable as a component in other places
- [ ] Have Canada always prioritize to the top of the list

> What country is your institution located in?
> Drop down list with all countries
[(https://publications.gc.ca/collections/collection_2023/statcan/CS12-608-2023-eng.pdf)]
- [ ] Canada Selected then populate the following question(do not populate province question if Canada not selected)

> In which Canadian province is the organization located? Drop down list containing following values.
> Alberta
> British Columbia
> Manitoba
> New Brunswick
> Newfoundland and Labrador
> Nova Scotia
> Ontario
> Prince Edward Island
> Quebec
> Saskatchewan
> Territories (Yukon / NWT / Nunavut)

- [ ] Ask the following new questions no matter what country or province(if necessary) is selected.

> Is the organization public or private?
> o Public
> o Private
>
> Is the organization for profit or not for profit?
> o For Profit
> o Not for Profit
>
> Is the organization medical in nature?
> o Yes
> o No

### Data Alignment TBD

- [ ] For all current institutions flag no for medical unless they are currently an international medical school
- [ ] For all institutions that are currently flagged as public or private please align those factors with the new attribute
- [ ] For all institutions that do not have a current flag for private or public where it does not effect the outcome as per the table below leave as a null field to be collected
- [ ] For all international schools currently flagged as US please indicate that in the country section

### Mapping

- [ ] Included all new data and its relation to our current types with a highlight to the key factors that dictate if it should be each type.
- [ ] Map the new data to represent each old institution type for assessment and designation processes that rely on the current ones.

- [ ] Also the green fields are data that can be populated off the old institution type with certainty
