Feature request: Be able to transfer files created on micro:bit to host computer

Hi,
I use Anaconda Python on Windows 10. I read the article about microfs (ufs, where u = 'mu' ~ 'micro'). I'm afraid to use pip with Anaconda because with Anaconda, you're supposed to use conda. The use of pip is not exactly "supported."
I found the REPL that is available through the "Open Serial" button. It's REALLY good! Thank you for making that available....
The "Load/Save" button is a little confusing because:
1. if in MicroPython, I create a file on the micro:bit, this file is NOT visible on either the Load/Save window or Windows (File) Explorer.
2. If I use the (in-browser) Python Editor to upload a .txt file, I canNOT see it on the micro:bit!
As in the Mu Editor, I would like to see files that were created on the micro:bit, and I would like to be able to transfer the file from the micro:bit to the host computer.

Review the Load/Save window, the in-browser Python Editor upload flow, and the Open Serial entry point described in the issue. Done means files created in MicroPython are visible in the editor and can be transferred from the micro:bit to the host computer, while uploaded files remain accessible on the device.
