'No ServletContext set' after calling SpringBootLambdaContainerHandler.getInstance().activateSpringProfiles

## Scenario
I'm trying to reload the Spring profile at runtime by calling `SpringBootLambdaContainerHandler.getInstance().activateSpringProfiles("")`

## Expected behavior
The new application context should be reloaded and the new profile applied.

## Actual behavior
An `IllegalStateException` is thrown with message `No ServletContext set`

## Steps to reproduce

1. Use the `mvn archetype:generate` command found on the Serverless Container [Quick start Spring Boot2](https://github.com/awslabs/aws-serverless-java-container/wiki/Quick-start---Spring-Boot2) Github page to generate a new project.
2. In the unit test that gets created as part of the project, add the following test case:

Start with the reported update_profile test in StreamLambdaHandlerTest and trace the SpringBootLambdaContainerHandler.initialize and handleRequest calls shown in the stack trace. Run the reproduction test, then verify that activating the test profile reloads the application context and the second /ping request returns HTTP 200 without the No ServletContext error.
