Feature Request: Missing Logging Configuration parameter for create and update state machine

Currently, `Workflow. create()` method do not accept logging configuration parameter. Is there a way to enable logging using aws-step-functions-data-science-sdk-python ?

Start by locating the Workflow.create() entry point and the corresponding update state-machine path, then compare their accepted arguments with the linked boto3 create_state_machine reference. Verify the AWS logging configuration shape and confirm that both operations expose it; done means callers can enable logging through the SDK.
