Lambda RIE as Standalone App/Container for Testing

Hello,

For Testing purposes, in this case Java, it would be great that AWS makes Lambda RIE available as Standalone App/Container so we can easily add this to JUnit 5 + Test Containers and be able to do Integration Tests (via Public ECR Gallery) on our Clients.

Start by reviewing the Lambda RIE's current application and container distribution, then examine how it could be consumed by Java JUnit 5 and Testcontainers. Done means a standalone app or container is available through the Public ECR Gallery and supports the requested integration-testing use case.
