Make Events Lib only depend on jackson-annotations

As title says

Locate the Events Lib module and inspect its dependency declarations, starting with the Jackson dependencies it currently uses. Confirm which dependencies are required, retain only jackson-annotations, and run the module's available build or tests to verify it still compiles.
