Support for AWS SecretManager rotation Lambda

### Describe the feature

It should be nice to have support for SecretManager rotation Lambda in the test page dropdown list.

Easier testing/debugging

### Proposed Solution

1. Add "AWS SecretManager rotation Lambda" to the dropdownlist in the test page
2. When selected, show the input template for the Lamda event, see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/secretsmanager/latest/userguide/rotate-secrets_how.html
