Description
KC GCM spec is merged to public. Use that instead in the test-server, and remove the PAT for the private spec repo

Start in the test-server entry point and find where it fetches the KC GCM spec and authenticates to the private spec repository. Update the test-server to use the public spec, remove the private-repository PAT requirement, and verify the server and related tests run without that credential.
