Autocomplete popup throwing zsh (qterm)(78535) MallocStackLogging: can't turn off malloc stack logging because it was not enabled. error

### Expected behaviour

when I type a well-known command like `ssh` or `nano` the plugin tries to autocomplete.

### Actual behaviour

The autocomplete popup shows up and then throws this message onto the console.

~~Restarting Q.~~ <- scratch that, I thought the issue was fixed, but it's still there after Q Restart and Q Doctor. Looks like we are overlooking a bug here.

Here's my attempt at opening ssh config using nano:
